I formally announce and invite you to this years Annual General Meeting, 

Date: Thursday 23rd February 2017

Time : 8.15pm

Venue : Maidenhall Sports Centre (normal meeting room up stairs)


As per the constitution you can apply for any role within the committee. If you are thinking of standing for any of the committee positions, could I have your nominee and seconder on or before 16th February 2017.

Also, if anyone would like to raise an agenda item for discussion, could I have those on or before 9th February 2017.

Once the agenda has been established, this will be sent out soon after the 9th February together with last years minutes and supporting reports.

We hope many of you can attend the meeting.
